The first time I saw a hand lettered design I honestly could not believe it was done by hand! It had to be some fancy font, I thought! I was bewildered! Even with how much awe I was in, I knew I wanted to be good at it! After that discovery I practiced everyday for months! Slowly I got better and better at hand lettering until I was confident in my abilities!

You can see my progress in this image over the course of about 8 months! I have now been hand lettering for over 7 years and have hand lettered in so many different medias and for different projects! Regardless of the way I am lettering, or what it’s for, I love doing it!
